All ticket sales are final. Lineups and set times are subject to change without notice, due to circumstances outside our control. If there is a cancellation or postponement, ticket holders can a) hold on to their ticket to be honored at a later determined date or b) receive a full refund. If a full cancellation occurs, refunds will be processed automatically – please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
